Cut cable services

Echo 24 provides emergency response to repair cut cables through cable replacement or splicing. Whether it's aerial, underground, or intra-building, Echo 24 can quickly get your service restored getting you back in business.

Lightning strikes

Even if you've taken every precaution with service entrance (lightning) protection and surge protection, often there is little you can do when your building takes a direct hit. If this happens, make Echo 24 your first call. You know that we are Vodavi and Tadiran authorized dealers, but we also provide service on Toshiba, Nortel / Norstar, AT&T/Lucent/Avaya, NEC/ Nitsuko, Comdial, and others.

Does your company need a service agreement? As with most of our clients, your telecommunications infrastructure is mission critical to your business. A service agreement places a contractual obligation on Echo 24 to give your company priority service in the event of an emergency. This is most important as often emergency service calls come in direct correlation do an area wide weather situation which affects multiple clients.

Would you own a car or home without insurance?

Most of us wouldn't, so why wouldn't you insure your telecommunications infrastructure with a service agreement? Not only do clients with a service agreement benefit by receiving priority service, their equipment is covered for replacement at no cost and they receive reduced rates for moves, adds, and changes.
